The visit consists of un cavewalk, the cave is not conditioned and acceptable physical conditions are required.  Tickets are subject to prior reservation.

Tips for visits:

• The cave is not conditioned and acceptable physical conditions are required.

• Entry is not allowed for children under 12 years of age.

• Children under 16 must be accompanied.

• During the visit, for the best conservation of the Cave, smoking, eating, the entry of animals, photos, video recording and mobile phones on are NOT allowed.

• The interior temperature ranges between 7º and 9º C, it is advisable to wear warm clothes.

• Mandatory suitable footwear with rubber soles, to avoid slipping.

• The organization reserves the right of admission.

• We provide you with a helmet with autonomous light.​

• Once the reservation is made, NO CHANGES OR RETURNS ARE ALLOWED

• In the event that you show up without prior reservation, the activity can be carried out, if there are free places in any of the visits that take place that day. 

• The price of the visit includes the entrance to the Casa del Parque. 

• When there are free places, you can buy the ticket at the BOX OFFICE of the Cueva Ermita de San Bernabé.

• The organization, if a minimum group of 2 people is not reached, may cancel the reservation (it will be notified 48 hours in advance) and will offer the visitor either a refund of the amount (by the same means that paid it) or another date for the visit.

EXCEPT FOR CAUSES ATTRIBUTABLE BY THE ORGANIZATION, NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ARE MADE.

Not showing up 15 minutes before the time of the visit, will mean the loss of entry rights(SAN BERNABÉ HERMITAGE CAVE OFFICE)
